6/29 sorry about the lack of updates. been very ill. also been working on 3d model which is slow work. got thursday off, maybe then. in a couple days, i hope to be nominated for elite artist on gfxarist under the drawing heading. if i do get nominated, be sure to vote for me! gfxartist.com
6/24 phew! finally finished bobotheseal's 13 model texture sheets. so tedious! looking forward to doing a portrait or two before i work on another game skin. here's the game model image dump. heavy download.
6/23 woot! saphire640.jpg reached number one position at gfxartist.com. been a while since ive been there! still workin on the game skin.
6/20 worked on the skin for another ~3 hours. cant tell much, but its done almost pixel by pixel so its real tedious work. 13_3.jpg
6/19 pm spent almost all day 8+ hours working on game skin. i hope one day all this hard work will pay off... im tired. it seems like im working harder than i used to the last few semesters of college. for what? i dont know. while painting ive been listening to Diablo II mp3's, they're free and legal. best game ever. if only life had a soundtrack as good... although for those who have been to Hell level, you know it'd be kinda creepy. haha.
6/19 am reviving the dream of being a game artist 13_inprogress_skin.jpg it will take me about 6 months to a year to really get good enough to be marketable but maybe someone will see the potential. who knows.
