acorn sculpture progress 1 - sculpey acornboy. he's been baked. if the OT is cancelled for this month (crossed fingers) he'll be done in a jiffy. will have to paint him. dont have much experience painting with acrylics so i guess this is a good time to learn. hopefully the photoshop painting skills will translate a little. woot!
acorn sculpture progress 2 - no OT... for now. i can see work making it mandatory cause we're busy, but got some more work done on acornboy. im excited, this is going to be TIGHT! and the idea fortunately is totally original from jimmys brain. ill probably post some clearer ideas for the story line soon. the basic idea is a story about friendship, kinda also an underlying story about the search for love i guess. acornboy is alone until he finds wormboy (they are not homosexual... haha) and wormboy turns into a butterfly and they have to separate so he can be with his other butterfly kind. although acornboy will find grandfather acorn, his journey will be long to find the other acornboys and girls that had to run away when the evil creatures (humans) came and pillaged the land of acorntrees for toothpicks or something, nice copy paper?. anyways so acornboy is on the search for his kind. he hopes one day he will find them. yeah... so blind melon music video eh? ;) bleh.
